TG4 Pay issues

To quote the great Papa Lazarous, "This is just a saga now!"

Not just the pay issues, more the constant whinging about Tg11 not getting the pay rise they didn't deserve immediately! No sympathy, it'll happen when you get picked up as well no doubt. It's a fact of life that JPA is a particuarly poor system that hasn't worked from the start.

Just put in your isupports and stop burdening the rest of us with your bleating. Next time, wait until you get your pay rise in your bank before you spend it!

Right in the old days you would have waited until pay day before bleating..we had bleating on here months before anyone knew what was going to happen!!!!
Now we have had the pay run, see what you get, then report it and it will get sorted next month and then you get some back pay the following month.

It always used to be the case of it took a couple of months and the back pay was a bonus to THEN go out and buy a car! (talking of AC to JT here)
Don't even mention lost interest cos you would get zero in that time!

Too many people spend on expectation thats why the country is screwed...

its been mentioned 100's of times in this thread already....

just go to your hr.. and stick in a SR with jpac and take it from there.. its not like your losing out is it.. cmon...

as for the 3/11 debate.. you wana work on the wing.. all we hear is the banter about ops not doing a tech job until their pay is sorted and techs saying good cos we dont wanna waste the time doing it 2x anyways...

its all part of the fun n games people

I questioned the ex 11's about what the engineering bible for Tg4 is. My answer.... "err....(and a blank face!)...dunno!" Priceless! You want the money, you do a bit of research and show a bit of initiative! You are no longer bound to the Commcen and Helpdesk, you are now let loose on proper Q-Courses.

So, before you moan about not being paid correctly, make sure you are worthy of such an epic pay jump!

P.s. I'm on the wing too! It's an embarrasment watching the new ring piece wearers swagger around. I am in the process of educating my guys so they can earn their friggin wages!
