Was Dwayne Peels move over the bridge to blame for his axe even though he moved before Gatlands ruling on players playing outside Wales ? Might have something to do with him not playing top flight rugby week in week out !!!!!

I think you will find that Gatland approved of Peels move.

I know he did because he signed for Sale before the ruling and Mr G said it wouldn't effect he selection !! But has he had a change of heart on the matter or has Peel had a drop in form? I haven't seen many Guinness Premership matches so I can't comment on DP's performance since he moved.

From what I can gather he had a bad injury earlier in the season plus sale's selection policy combined with competing with wrigglesworth for a place have limited his appearances.

However if he could get a good run of form he might still make the Lions tour.

If he has had a change of heart then he's a hypocrite, Cooper plies his trade at Glaws.
It might come down to the fact that England's 9 Wrigglesworth plays at Sale as well.

Its all irrelevant now, Peel has had a call up due to a Cooper injury, He might even start if he impresses Gatland or Mike (the plank) Phillips manages to do something stupid before the first game.

A second successive Grand Slam would be wonderful, and I think it is a real possibility this time around. But frankly, I am too Welsh to care about more than one result.

England for the wooden spoon. :pDT_Xtremez_14:
