I'll start off with the obvious one, PS as Defence Secretary! We need a DS who has been out in amongst the action and isnt afraid to say what he wants to say and isnt afraid of hard line tactics,ie snapping spines!

How about Gem as Secretary of State for Work and Pensions? He's done both and with age on his side you'd like to think that he is really experienced in life. I'd nominate Tin Basher as his deputy, obviously!

I wouldn't care who was the defence secretary as long as it's not an officer. Maybe then we'd get some better gear etc
