Whilst I may not have worded it quite the same as MTB the sentiments are the same. I have not felt so appalled for a long time at the sickness of this crime a prison sentence is too good for these sub human animals and the defending QC has the audacity to blame the murder on the availability of cheap booze. Not the fact that they were cowardly, cnuts who deserve a 7.62mm SLR round between the eyes, cheap effective and quick.

These people do not belong back in society:pDT_Xtremez_25: ::/:

These fcukin cnuts don't deserve prison. Presumably due to 'posing for photographs' it is obvious that these three did it......no shadow of a doubt you might say. Firing squad is a waste of good brass but death all the same!!::/:

As a tax payer, "Why would I want to pay to keep this scum alive?"
They have proven that they are useless to society and should be disposed of.

I agree with all the sentiment that’s already been posted. But what do you think turns a kid into a vicious killer? Is it society? the parents? teachers? Surely something could be identified why a kid who's been born into British society would become so fecking screwed up. I'm not trying to absolve these fcukers of what they've done but surely we should start looking at the cause and not the symptoms?

It's because we're soft on scrotes like these. If they thought that they were going to die because of their actions then they would have thought twice (if they are capable of thought). This should be true at all levels, a clip round the ear from your dad or copper for being gobby may stop the eventual outcome of you being a yob. The softly softly train of thought is doing us no favours when it comes to life at the moment.

A lack of some form of authority at every level of their lives will be a big contributor to their situation...

Parents.........Lost authority through having a social worker hanging on their shoulder every time they consider smacking their child (should that be their wish)

Teachers........Apparently bullied in their classroom, forced to teach kids they can't punish appropriately due to having social worker type people hanging on thier shoulder in case a 'wrong doing' occurs...When your only punishment is expulsion and yet the state say they have to be taught it becomes a viscous circle for the teacher...

Police......Too swamped in paperwork and PC rhetoric to get out on the streets and bother with the stuff we were scared of doing...kids know this and know to what extent the cops will bother to intervene and use it to their benefit when planning and committing crime.

General Public........Too aware of the repercussions and lack of legal/moral back up they will receive if they intervene and tell someone elses kid off...Oh, and it might in some extreme cases get you knifed/killed.

In summary, in areas of low income and high immigration, kids have learnt through experience and chinese whispers (a bit like a modern apprenticeship in minor crime) that no-one can do pretty much anything to them as they can turn it around to their advantage with a simple 'that bloke touched my privates' or get away with it as they know that the powers that be only have so much money to throw at their area and problem...

Until powers are given back to the police and teachers that enable them to rule their patch, until the parents of these scrotes are hurt financially and publically for not keeping them in check, until these kids know authority in some form or other, we're screwed....

I've been on the fence for a long time regarding bringing back the death penalty for certain crimes - I haven't liked the thought of taking away a persons life just because they have killed someone else, it stinks too much of 'eye-for-an-eye-revenge' rather than 'justice' (No, I'm not a social do-gooder). However the more and more I read about scum like these and the offences they commit I am certainly starting to lean more toward the re-introduction of capital punishment. In this day and age, with science and DNA profiling, etc, etc, the possibility of miscarriages of justice and 'getting it wrong' is a lot less likely than it was 50 years ago.
I think it's a sad thing that we, as a society, should have to even consider bringing back the death penalty but we certainly need to toughen up our justice system in an effort to halt the downward spiral of serious crime that is prevalent nowadays.

If it had been a pack of dogs that killed this poor guy, they would have put them down. The gang of feral 'yoofs' should swing for what they have done, instead they are going to prison at a cost to us tax payers for each of them of £30 000 for each year they serve. Upon release they will be unemployable and will spend the rest of their life on benefits again at a great cost to us tax payers. Over their lifetime they will cost us millions.

As a tax payer (like all of us here), i would sooner see my contribution spent on bullets to get rid of cnuts like these, not spent on feeding them and keeping them alive in jail for 20 or so years.:pDT_Xtremez_25:

Sorry mate, you're way off track there. You might be happy with other people chastising or punishing your kids but the overriding majority of parents will not have it. I've worked with kids in football and I wouldn't do it again. As for their "lickle darlings", the parents will simply not believe that their offspring would do anything wrong. I had one kid kicking lumps out of another on the pitch, and when I accosted the parent to sort his little bag of sh!t out, he started getting aggressive himself (wonder where the kid got it from) and threatened to sue me if I punished his child in any shape or form.

I would suggest that parents who are in the military tend to be the more strict (mind you, looking round some of the MQs I may review that opinion) but in rue de civilian, parents will not have their abilities to raise brats brought into question. A close friend of mine even said that if any teacher raised a hand to his son, he'd be there pronto to "sort the teacher out".

Let's start making parents more accountable as well, in addition to punishment being allowed to be dished out, and somehow you might see an improvement.
