I would think Dubya's BP is going through the roof. Worryingly it shows a pattern fromt he Cold War where the opposing superpowers would fight it out by equipping littel countries in proxy-wars. Unfortunately, this particular "Little Country" is ruled by an Islamic Nutcase that hates the west, is not afraid to use it's armed forces, has large oil reserves and is in the process of developing a nuclear device (allegedly). Intersting to se China getting involved in world affairs - having been an isolationist country since '47, it will be interesting (and possibly worrying) to see which way they go.
