That's it, I'm straight in P1 tomorrow to complain about you!!

That could be quite an interesting case. Excuse me, I put an anonymous entry on a public website about having a manic day with 8 yr olds and someone, I don't know who, complained about me being a ......

Correct me if I'm wrong but this lad is getting p!ssed off because his JNCO (your mate) is friendly with his (the lads) ex-wife who is actually seeing somebody else. Your mate's wife is OK with it but P1 have received a complaint.

Had a word with him and the he said this...

1. The junior rank has got p1ssed off/taken offence at the perceived close friendship of his Cpl and his ex-wife

2. Thing that p1ssed him off was a few pics of the Cpl and her at his quarter when the Cpl, her and one other friend were moving furniture around. Nothing special about the pics just normal 'friend' ones.

3. The ex-wife (serperated for over 5 months now) is nobbin a SAC from the camp and not the Cpl.

4. It upset the junior rank so much because he thnks the Cpl shouldn't be in the pics. Also it has nothing (cough, cough imho) to do with the fact that the Cpl has been cited for a case against him now.

5. The junior rank didn't bother with chain of command and went straight to Unit P-Staff to complain.

6. Cpl is now gettin actioned for innapropiate relationship and deriliction of duty towards the junior rank under QR1027

Thats about all i know so make of it what you will. Apparently the evidence the P1 staff produced is pants as well. Everyone has ripped it apart.

I take it that the bit in red refers to a totally separate case. The bit in blue also confused me as P1 do not produce evidence, it has to be given to them; however, they should be competent in making a decision whether the evidence that they have been given meets the Service Test.

The bit in red is indeed about another case. Junior ranks custody battle but one where if it goes wrong he could get placed on a list on a sheet of paper for five years if yer catch my drift.

The bit in blue was given to them by the junior rank and has been placed into some sort of order by P1 and then given to the Cpl during his action reading. He gets 10 days to reply back.

All the barrack room lawyers have ripped it apart you mean. I am very surprised to think that any Unit P1 would leap into action on the say-so of one SAC. I would think it more likely that they would go back to the Flt Cdr to see if it could be sorted out or at least to interview the SAC and put together the portfolio of evidence.

This case sounds very sensitive and one that further discussion on a public site may do harm to one or other of the respondents. I hope it works out for the best for all involved.
