Right mate its simple:
To the right of the you tube vid is a line that has embed next to it....Copy and paste it

The bit you need is in red ...right.... when you want to post click the You Tube logo at the top right of the message page and you get <YT></YT> (but with square brackets [ ]) now cut and paste the number in red above into the gap in the middle like this <YT>oqzOs9hI81s</YT>

And there you go.

Once you have done this you can delete all the stuff you copied and pasted from the You Tube enbeded line.

Yer, thats what I said, he wanted it so a 5 year old could understand. If I wrote it down so I could follow it, a 5 year old could aswell. Cos thats my IT age anyway. lol
