Jade Hogbreath's "perfume" is now being taken off the shelves of many stores as we type... the odious (but unfortunately knowledgeable of these things) Max Clifford reckons when she comes out of the BB house her "career" will disappear faster than the sweat in her @rsecrack after a good curry. Thousands of "fans" are furious that it's now been revealed she had liposuction surgery to lose weight as opposed to the alleged exercises on her "fitness" DVD (which apparently sold by the crateload - coming to a 99p bargain bin near you).

The ex-Miss UK (what's her name) has now had her lucrative modelling contract cancelled.

Jo O'Meara hasn't got a career to come out to anyway, having been a member of the defunct SClub7 - go stand in the queue with ex-members of Hearsay, luv - but she's hardly going to be employable material now.

So, Jade, Jo and the other one - do you want fries with that? You'll get the hang of it soon.

BBC news at 10 showed a clip of Shilpa saying that she was sure that she had not been racially harrased.

If they have no contact with the outside world, isn't that a bit of a strange statement?

I think C4 are just pulling the strings for more ratings.

A friend of mine actually watches this crp (Yes I know its shocking but I do really have a friend), she said that the racist comments are just a one sided thing, that the young indian lady is also guilty of some rather choice comments as well.

Now I haven't watched the show so I am not speaking as an expert here, but from what I understand it is the meaning behind the words that people are complaining about.

Maybe I need to watch the god forsaken programme to see what its all aboot.

Have to say that Jade/Jo/other bint are out of order but being in a confined area for any amount of time with differing cultures will produce the results you are seeing.

OS I don't swallow anything i don't need !! AS far as that goes i dont read propaganda of any sort except what in the tabloids (sorry all my brain can handle).

I have a big problem with PC in that the "fashion" changes from time to time and place to place without you knowing. I have a little sympathy for the Brummie bloke who couldn't understand what was so wrong with darkie. It is simply a matter of education and or fashion. My Grandad was the most tolerant man I have ever met in my life but he always referred to the the French as froggies, the Italians as wops, the Indians and Pakistanis as wogs and the blacks as darkies. He never once that I can recall meant any harm in that but was simply a product of his time and upbringing. We call all Americans Yanks but call a good old boy from Alabama yank to his face and see the reaction.

The problem as I see it is not a matter of racism but more a matter of the way peoples perceptions have changed. We have become frightened to laugh at bigotry and ourselves and we are always worrying about "appearance", how does it look rather than is it any good!

Someone commented about "love thy neighbour" well I'll admit I loved that programme and Alf Garnett too. OK they were very un PC but funny too, and don't forget both black and white communities roared with laughter at them. and the black man or gay black man in the latter episodes of Garnett usually came out on top.

I'm not even gonna get involved with the racism issue in the last few posts - the underlying meanings to a lot of "darkie", "wog", "nig nog" and the nowadays common "paki" and "chinky" have a definite nasty slant to them, despite the protestations of innocence - but no-one can deny that the bullying issue in CBB is more than just a case of girly banter. The programme is watched by a lot of impressionable people and the programme makers are giving the impression that this is acceptable and indeed entertaining.

Sorry guys but the sight of a woman of such limited intelligence, adopting an overtly aggressive attitude and yelling abuse with racist overtones, with seemingly little self-control, being egged on by odious little nobodies is not my idea of entertainment. And this is someone who fronted an anti-bullying website. I do hope the irony isn't lost there...

As to the meaning behind the words well thats an assumption really and maybe it is racist maybe not. To be honest I dont really care but in the vein of meanings I had a thought about the series that was on a while back called "Goodness Gracious Me" which was fcuking hilarious, asian comedy taking the mick that was class, personal favorites was the group of asians "going out for an English" parodying the way white people behave in curry houses, seriously funny and no complaints about it being racist from whites. They also did a sketch about "Skipinda the Punjabi Kangaroo" which still makes me roll up today .. but if a white comic did it would it be racist ?? .. and if so .. WHY ??

My point is that Ethnic Minorities have so much victim culture now that anything you say can be perceived as "racist" or an insult. There is no sense of humour (or as we used to call it .. banter), I would have much more kudos for Shilpa (who, by the way I definetly would, and twice on sunday) if she just bit back at Jade and the rest of the catty cows, so would the public I think.
