there should be a small rectangular box on the right hand side which allows you to save it / send it to some one.....

IIRC you simply need to save it to your documents then move it over to powerpoint...

it's the old' ' right click and save target' blah blah...

Right-click, save will not work in this case since its streamed video. You can use firefox and a little hack documented in yourtube if you search for "saving your tube video". Alternatively, use the utility available here.

Once its on disk, select fromn the menu-bar "insert", then "movies and sounds" then "movie from file".

I am a computer biff you couldn't do me a big favour could you? The video I am after is called RAF Tornados could you get it for me and then email me it as I have not got a clue what to do. I would be very greatful if you could. Beg Beg Beg.

I hope you remember to use the RAF corporate colour scheme for your presentation. Heaven forbid that you might want a bit of individuality in your slide show!

I'm the one that should be sorry for giving out duff gen. In addition to the above, you have to convert to wmv or similar using another utility. Luckily the trial version converts 90 seconds, only losing 30 of the original video.
